Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund your payment if your order has not yet been shipped.

Refunds: We offer a full refund on all items returned within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. To return an item, please contact us for a return authorization number.

Personalized items: Items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return.
